Since a while back me and Mike (husband) have been working on getting a permanent home studio built in our apartment. I have written some about the progress on facebook. Well, yesterday I though we were home free! The wall was down, the room cleaned, workdesk with computer installed, lights were up, back drop hung, first (new studio) costumers coming Thursday. Bliss? Almost. Me and hubby tested everything yesterday evening and what did we discover? Well, the room is PERFECT for a studio but all of a sudden one of my lights doesn’t work right! And my old supplier has closed shop! Not quite as happy of a night as I had anticipated. However, I found an other contact/store here in Stockholm that carries Profoto equipment and sent them a desperate e-mail. This morning a got an early call from a really nice guy who invited me in today with my sick light. He’ll try to fix it and meanwhile I can borrow one from them! I have found my people! I’ll go there today and I will keep coming back! Thank you Goecker!
